I used to work there and they would use people and never pay them what they were owed. Not to mention that they would put people in loan programs that were not beneficial to them. I disagreed with their practices and became fed up with their lack of ethics so I moved on and it was the best decision I could have made in my career. Again, the comment above is accurate and I agree with them. DO NOT do business with American Mortgage Specialists. The management comes directly from the car industry and uses the same shady tactics that one from that industry would do. And they will sell your loan off making money on the back. Count on it.
