Maybe somebody can steal the classified list from the NSA archives and share it on Emule/Gnutella (I learned that Gnutella is a better source of leaks and FOIA piracy than Emule but it’ll be hard for me to move away from Emule untill something way better comes out or Emule gets way to crippled for some reason).
Its too much work to do lawyers an court stuff but BSing your phone line maybe? Lots of dead-end tangents for the people snooping. Call up your best friend and do a ‘prank’ terror plot.? Rick is an expert prankster and knows how to detect when it is about to go to far (which happened alot, talent to pull off prank-fraud settlements if he wished) and make it obvious that its a prank.? Its Frustration galore for the snooping big brother at least while the justice system still has some integrity (because you’re exploiting that integrity + the 9+ layers of FBI beuacracy + law changes after 9/11).
I send this crap to phishers, more in vigilante retaliation to the phishers than the FBI/NSA snooping:

Also if you think your internet surfing might be being tracked you can go look for an Iraqi or Syrian on emule and open a messange window and just let it sit there as Emule tries to keep a connection open continually.
Emule probably can be a smokescreen for an high-security encrypted F2F (friend2friend) darknet or even high-encryption bittorrent if you were really up to no good…
